HOD – ACCOUNTS

The candidate should be CA with min. 10-15 years of experience. Detail knowledge of Sales Tax, Income Tax, VAT. T.D.S., Profession Tax & Service Tax procedures are essential.

Manager – HR Masters degree in Hr
Candidate should have knowledge of ISO, Training, Recruitment Assisting to HOD – HRD, Experience of 2-3 years.

Project Incharge: (M) B.E (Civil)
Candidate should have 10 to 15 years experience. Must be capable to do planning & implementation, possess leadership skills, should be able to interact with all people and department related with engineering.

Legal Advisor L.L.B/L.L.M
Knowledge of pleading drafting, and convincing independently, Knowledge of Sales deed, Partnership deed, Search Report, 7/12 extract is essential

Senior Engineer: (M) BE Civil
Candidate should have 8-10 years experience. Ability to efficiently deal with Contractors, suppliers. Capable of handling Day to day work and should possess good leadership skills.

Junior Engineer (M)
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum experience of 2-4 years in construction of Residential and commercial Buildings.

Architect :(M/F)
Candidate with B.Arch having 4 to 5 years experience, required strong concept in designing and experience in co-ordination of projects.

Interior Designer:(M/F)
Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing, Knowledge of AutoCAD is must & 3D-MAX is preferable, 2 to 4 years experience having ability to meet tight time-schedules & maintain high quality standards.

HOD- Marketing MBA or equivalent
Candidate with excellent communication skill with convincing power, Leadership skill of handling Sales Team and taking them to right directions with rich experience of 10 – 15 years.

Manager – Marketing (M/F)
Candidate should have 3-5 years experience with flair in aggressive sales of flats. Candidate from Construction field and MBA will be preferred. Excellent communication skill is must. Knowledge of English, Marathi & Hindi is a must.

Front Desk Executive:- (F)Graduate
Smart with excellent communication skill and pleasant personality. Experienced sales oriented. Knowledge of EPABX with 2-3 years experience.

Customer Care Executive:- (M/F) Graduate
Ideal candidate should have the power to handle the customer, having experience of 2-3 years in same field.

PA to Director:- (F)
Candidate should have smart and pleasant personality. Graduate from any stream, knowledge of shorthand and good typing speed. Can handle correspondence independently.

Project Incharge
Candidate should have 8 to 10 years experience. Must be capable to do planning & implementation, possess leadership skills, should be able to interact with all people and department related with engineering.

Store Keeper
Graduate with 1 to 2 years experience in construction field.

Site Supervisor
Graduate with 1 to 3 years experience. Must be capable for handling day to day site work.

Computer Operator
Graduate with minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m., must know Marathi and English typing, should have at least 1 year experience in similar field.
